if you have paid for shared hosting and reseller hosting, and then you face problem with our services, and we can not solve then you can request for a refund under 7 days.

Please note that refund is not available on domains , vps and dedicated servers. For not registered domain amount will be refunded on orginial source payment on first payment, if client found as old user then we will refund amount in whitewebserver credit, you can use credit for registration and any paid service.
